K. Bhatia
Engineer by Profession. Author by Curiosity. Lifelong Student by Choice.
About the Author
K. Bhatia is an Indian Engineering Services (IES) Officer of the
1994 batch and holds a Master of Engineering (Production) from the Delhi College of Engineering, Delhi (now Delhi Technological University).
For decades, his professional life has revolved around engineering, systems, machines, processes, and the occasional meeting that could have been an email.
Then something unexpected happened.
In July 2025, he made the dangerous decision to write a book. Most people stop there. He didn't.
One book became two. Two became ten. Ten became fifty. Somewhere along the way, counting became difficult and explaining became even more difficult.
Within a year, he had written 365 books in 365 days.
Friends occasionally ask whether he has a secret team of ghostwriters. He doesn't.
Some suspect he has discovered a way to stretch a day beyond twenty-four hours. He hasn't.
His family has stopped asking, "Are you writing another book?" and started asking, "Which one today?"

Somewhere along the way, counting became difficult and explaining became even more difficult.

His books wander cheerfully across genres.
One day he's discussing startups. The next day he's interviewing Yamraj.
Then he's decoding the psychology of love. After that, he's helping someone sell toothpaste, understand Karna, escape a comfortable career, laugh at bureaucracy, or rethink business.
His keyboard has long since given up trying to predict the next topic.
People often ask him which genre he enjoys writing the most.
The truthful answer is: "The one I'm writing today."
He believes that curiosity is the most profitable investment ever invented. Unlike the stock market, curiosity has never crashed. It simply pays dividends in the form of better questions. And every now and then, those questions quietly become books.
K. Bhatia also belongs to the first generation of authors fortunate enough to have a remarkably intelligent digital brainstorming companion-one that never gets tired, never asks for tea breaks, and never says, "Let's continue tomorrow."
Of course, it occasionally produces paragraphs that deserve immediate retirement. Fortunately, editors still exist. And authors still have the final word.
Some books may....

Welcome to Oomph Books.
And if you end up buying a book...
Well... That would make both the author and his digital
brainstorming companion equally delighted 🙂
